About volcanic alert levels

Volcanic alert levels range from Level 1 to 5 and define the extent of the hazard in case of eruption, disaster prevention response, etc.
For each level, the local town and weather bureau have established the steps that residents, tourists and hikers around the volcano must take to prevent disaster.

• LEVEL 5
